Therapeutic Skills & Support Groups
*COMING SOON* Group support with Atypikal Wellness, LLC involves participation in 6-12 week experiential group. Members will build rapport with me and each other while learning and reinforcing concepts and skills designed to help them navigate and succeed in various aspects of life. Groups will be offered at varying times and price ranges, and will focus on a different topic each week. Click below to find a group that fits you!

Individual Counseling
If you are a resident of South Carolina or Florida and need individualized help with a specific or short-term issue, look no further! I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy covered by most major insurance providers. Sessions are primarily solution-focused and address any wellness/life issue you are motivated to explore and improve. Sessions are offered through Headway, and I accept insurance. *Please note that this therapy is not appropriate for individuals navigating severe & persistent mental health disorders, and you may be referred to a more fitting level of care if necessary.*

Gifted Coaching & Consultation
*COMING SOON* Atypikal Wellness, LLC offers coaching sessions for parents and families with gifted children. During these sessions, I provide guidance for children, adolescents and/or their caretakers on how to navigate the challenges of giftedness. Topics include but are not limited to: navigating academics and your school's gifted program, emotional regulation for you and your gifted child or teenager, and social-emotional skills appropriate for the unique needs of your gifted learner. *Please note that this is not the same as clinical therapy.* Click below to join my waiting list!
